Detroit firefighter speaks before Dexter Avenue Inquiry

Marice Funchess, a Detroit firefighter, testified before the Dexter Avenue Inquiry on March 20 in Detroit. Funchess spoke about the hardships imposed by budget cuts and utility shutdowns on firefighters, but said his coworkers remain committed to their duty even under the most difficult circumstances.
